Breast Pathology Fellowship

The Department of Pathology at the University of Chicago Medicine has openings for a Breast Pathology fellow. We are a major referral center for breast cancer that examines nearly 1,900 breast specimens annually, including in-house biopsies, resections, and consultation cases. This one-year fellowship provides in-depth exposure to breast pathology with emphasis on histologic correlation with radiographic and clinical findings. The fellow actively participates in weekly Multidisciplinary Breast conference and is encouraged to participle in basic and translational research projects as well as educational and teaching opportunities.
